Refund policy

If Supporter isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you’ll get your money back in full. No reason needed.

How to ask

• Go to paddle.net, find your AfterPrompt order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund. Or:
• Email hello@inchi.dev with your order number from Paddle’s receipt.

Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Supporter is removed from your account, and undo goes back to the free limit. Your scores and username stay.

After 14 days

We may still refund if something went wrong, for example if Supporter never activated or you were charged twice. Just write to us. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law.
